It is made from 100% toquilla straw, the same fiber used to make the very famous Panama Hat. Woven in Ecuador by skilled artisans.  

Be aware this fascinator is made from natural fibers, therefore, you must store it in a dry place, and when cleaning simply uses wipes or a clean damp cloth.
